Mô tả công việc

• Create a presentation folder for Shri with correct content for print and electronic presentation used to communicate with prospect clients. Use videography and photography bank.
• Liase with corporate businesses and contact them with updates.
• Liase with travel agencies and set up contacts with them.
• Search new clients by setting up meetings and work with Marketing to reach them on social media.
• Create set menus for the clients working with F&B Department on the content.
• Large bookings with more than 20 guests will be handled by Sale & Event Manager supported by reservations team.
• Create event sheet for each event and keep updated on event calendar, event folder (in reception) and on shared folder in google drive.
• Inform reception and update on resdiary system, keeping track on bookings to coordinate the events based on occupancy and time.
• Include the RM in any meetings with client.
• Work closely with Restaurant Manager on all events for RM to have all necessary information to be able to execute the event to the highest standard.
• Work closely with Chef on all events to create menus and have all necessary information to be able to execute the event to the highest standard.
• Coordinate all events and be present at the event to be the point of contact for the client in the beginning of the event.
• Respond to all emails regarding events and follow up after the event with the client.
• Design the event based on the requirement of the client.
• Ensure all other departments are informed and any requirements are done in time by each department.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to promote in house events.
• Build up strategies and seeking new business in the market.
• Participate in any networking events to find and establish new clients.
• Report and update clients data and daily activities.
• Contribute business development and service improvement ideas.
• Maintain good relationships with current clients by frequently visits.
• Be well-knowledge about restaurant’s services and products, both props and cons in order to improve clients’ consultancy.
• Update report with competitors’ services, promotions and products.
• Make notes of clients inquiries and queries on phone, email or direct contact.
• Be in charge of clients connection procedures, information handling procedures and clients information handling procedures.
• Receive and solve clients complaints about products quality.
• Supervise and follow up with parties, support clients before, during and after parties.
• Follow up with contract payments, liaise with Accounting Department in evicting debts, responsibilities ends only when debts are paid.
• Weekly report of events and prospect events.
• Record and update Event sheet in Event folder and on Event Calendar including in house events.
• Create a post event report with the client comments.
• Update database for clients.
• Create a yearly business plan.
• Create a yearly budget together with the finance department. Approved by the GM and Financial Controller.
