• Prepares VAT, Company Tax Returns and Statutory Accounts for the entity as prescribed by the local authority.
• Maintaining the company accounting systems.
• Manage the Month End Close off processes.
• Coordinate the annual audit activities.
• Monitor, act upon and report cash flow / banking activities.
• Conduct and maintains the Capital Expenditure Approval process.
• Assists in the preparation of Annual Budgets (including Cash Flow Budget).
• Review expenses and conduct analysis of operating expenses and budget variances as required.
• Recommend process improvements and participates in process improvement projects as required.
• Updating tax law, tax circular if change.
• Report directly to Manager.

• Job Requirement - University graduated.
• Have chief accountant certificate.
• Male/Female (prefer female).
• At least 5 year experience in the position of Chief Accountant.
• Have experience in setting up Accounting system.
• Proficient in English.
• Have strong ownership: Organized, high responsibility, high commitment & result-oriented.
• Accept CV in English/Vietnamese.
