Mô tả công việc
- Get knowledge about company product including: PP woven / PP non-woven / RPET bag
- Looking for oversea customers
- Taking care customers on website daily and response promptly.
- Following sample developing with technician team and send to customer the good sample to get order
- Price calculation and prepare quotation to send it to customers
- Preparing Proforma Invoice
- Following up with Merchandiser to make sure cargo to ship on time and reach quality.
- Get knowledge about shipping docs (Invoice, Packing list, B/L, C/O for export cargo)
- Support Sales Manager to reply email of customers in some cases.
- Complete all the tasks on time.
- Monthly report to Sales Manager
- Work under monthly KPI and sales target
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Economics or Business Administration is preferable.
- Speaking and writing in English fluently
- Business mind
- Must be careful, hard-working and learning attitude
- Can work under pressure and deadline
- Know how to use MS Word, Excel and Power Point
