- Meet regularly and work with the Head of Department to plan weekly tasks for technical staff, farm chief, Selling Swine Center working on traceability projects and initiatives and actively manage projects risks and uncertainty.
- Building and utilizing project management tools and establish check in processes to manage, track, communicate and move project work forward.
- Streamline processes within your projects and team to be efficient, effective and energized.
- Building and effectively apply and enforce project management standards and procedures, including quality assurance/ review procedures.
- Report to the Head of Department and Head of Division and collaborate on tracking progress towards deliverables/ milestones, ensuring staff have clear roles/ responsibilities, staffing and budget needs, managing project risks, troubleshooting project stuck points and workload management.
- Support and participate in business development opportunities such as proposal writing and project and budget scoping.

- Male/ Female, 27-40 age, Bachelor degree or higher: major is animal husbandry - veterinary medicine, Food technology or similar, ...
- 2+ years working in pig production, animal nutrition or at least 5 years experience in traceability position.
- Experience working in the traceability or chain of custody field would be a plus.
- Experience in external communications work a plus
- Strong Google suite, MS Excel and MS PPT user
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and writing skills.
- Use English fluently (listening, speaking, reading and writing)

Salary from 20 to 25 milion, specific exchange in the interview.
