o Maintain all documents in accordance with the document control procedure. o Review all documents (internal and external) for accuracy and completeness per applicable instructions provided.  o Distribute, follow and be responsible for the update of all documentation per master documentation list.  o Assure that only legible copies of documentation are distributed and controlled.  o Support and guide related persons how to prepare and register documents in right format  o Ensure all obsolete documents retrieved.  o Control, arrange and retain records, documents in satisfied condition in accordance with the record control procedure  o Assure professional, friendly and courteous service to all.  o Perform any assignment related to document control activities assigned by the QMS Officer and Head of Quality.  o Statistic money used for stationery within 1 month, and make stationery purchase request.

o University/College Degree o 1 year experience of document control  o Familiar with ISO 9001/ ISO 14001  o English (advantage)
