Mô tả công việc

ROLES:
- Responsible in driving for the performance of assigned territory by planning and leading sales team to effectively implement all sales activities.
- Manage and implement all Trade marketing activities with selected outlets within owned territory.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Distributors relationship management (for provinces)
- Communicate and align with distributors on monthly target.
- Work side by side with distributor to deliver set target: shipment, warehouse.
- Review monthly performance, work out incentive and follow up with its payment to distributor.
- Work with logistics, warehouse team to ensure sufficient stock and stock management
- Guide, monitor and control the application and implementation of distributor on warehouse & stock management , office decor, reporting system.
2. Sales team management
Sales operation:
- Ensure Trade Coverage Plan, call frequency & outlet call plan in place for DSRs in respective territory
- Drive DSRs team to ensure achievement of monthly volume, distribution & OOS, freshness targets for the respective territory
- Incorporate work with HR and training team to do the assessment, work out development plan for all team member and drive for implementation
- Ensure all data collected to reporting system is on time, accurate and consistent
- Collect market information and propose activity to capture the opportunity
- Implement and drive for the success of wholesalers in respective territory.
Trade marketing:
- Responsible for implementation of all Trade Activities
- Develop and implement Visibility Coverage plan
- Monitor and feedback on the effectiveness of Consumer Engagement Activities
- Build up and maintain good working relationship with outlet owners
- Collect and update outlet’s information by implement Call Visit compliancy as per plan
KPI:
- Sales volume, distribution, OOS target.
- Stock sufficiency and stock freshness.
- Quality of execution on Trade Marketing Activities within assigned outlets.
- People development.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Graduate from university.
- Minimum 3 years commercial experiences.
- Minimum English B level, Vietnamese fluent.
